Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AutoOffer. This is a placeholder document and should be replaced with counsel-reviewed copy before production launch.

1. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AutoOffer to send unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate another person or entity, to upload content you do not have the right to use, or to violate any applicable law or third-party right. AutoOffer relies on connected email accounts — you are responsible for complying with the sending policies of those providers (Gmail, Microsoft, SendGrid).

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Plan limits — including daily send caps, template counts, and seat counts — are enforced based on your current subscription. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle except where otherwise noted.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of templates, properties, and offers you upload. You grant AutoOffer the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver this content as part of providing the service.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

AutoOffer is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
