This Privacy Policy describes how AutoOffer (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our service. This is a placeholder document and should be replaced with counsel-reviewed copy before production launch.
1. Information we collect
When you create an AutoOffer account we collect your name, email, and password hash. When you connect Gmail or Microsoft accounts we store the OAuth tokens needed to send mail on your behalf, encrypted at rest. Property data, offer PDFs, and recipient information you upload remain scoped to your organization and are not shared with other tenants.
2. How we use information
We use the data you provide to operate the service, including generating offer PDFs, sending email on your behalf via your connected inbox, enforcing plan limits, and producing the activity and audit logs visible to your team.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with sub-processors required to operate the product (hosting, object-storage, payment processing, email delivery providers).
4. Retention
Generated offers, audit logs, and email send records are retained for the lifetime of your subscription. Upon account deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold. Contact [email protected] to exercise them.
